I just found out some good news today. Aparently the project that I am going to be working on over the summer is implemented in F#. For those of you who don't know, F# is basically OCaml, but it runs on .NET bytecode (or whatever they call it. MSIL?) and uses the .NET libraries instead of the OCaml ones.
This is a huge relief, since I've been working on C++ for the past 2.5 months, and am really starting to get tired of it. Word.
SWEET JESUS GOD YES
ReplyDeleteSwanky. I've heard it referred to as both the CIL (Common Intermediate Language) or MSIL.
